Controling serial port pin states

Is there a way to control logic state of a serial port pin from routeros? I guess this is achieved by sending something like FFFFFFFFFFFF... But how do I do this? :)

But doesn't that just reduce the time Tik tracks the connection? What happends to connections that ARE still established, but are not currently active (for example somebody on p2p queue)?

Would this be a problem? (two identical default gw)

We have two cable modems (they don't offer bigger bandwidth, so we got x2 ;)) from the same ISP coming into one of our routers. One of them should be passed to another mikrotik acting as a proxy, and the other one NATs on the entry router. Would it be a problem to have dwo identical default routes p...

I fail at doing what you suggested: [admin@Tower] > /interface wireless monitor [find name=AP] once do={:put $registered-clients} 6 status: running-ap band: 2.4ghz-g frequency: 2472MHz overall-tx-ccq: 96% registered-clients: 6 current-ack-timeout: 189 current-distance: 189 nstreme: no current-tx-pow...

How to get registered-clients number in a script

I need to get the number of associated clients on a wireless interface in a script. Monitor tool gives you this info, but I can't (don't know how) to get it to return the value in a script.

Somebody know how?

Dynamic page that relfects netwatch

I need to make a hotspot page that reflects the status of a netwatch. It will be used to show the status of the Internet link (operational/broken). Any ideas?

Torch stoped working

Does anyone have an idea why my torch could stop working? When I go to it with winbox and click Start it just doesn't work. When I run it from console the router hangs

It worked before :(

Give unlimited local traffic

I need to give unlimited local traffic, but limit the bandwidth for Internet. Local is everything in 192.168.0.0/16. I know how to mark this with a mangle and i've set a queue tree that has limit at 0 for that marked flow, but that doesn't seem to overide simple queues that are set for each user. Wh...

I would also like to have a redirection for users who are denied to proxy, or is there a way to change the default "Access denied" page?

Anyone?
