I have several routers running 7.2.1 firmware with iBGP and multiple VRFs. I'm attempting to understand how to effectively exchange routes between these VRFs.

While static routes are functional (using a route and two routing rules with lookups in separate tables), the wiki suggests that it's best to use BGP local import and export functionality for route exchange between VRFs.

Could someone provide a clear approach for achieving this? I've considered some complex workarounds, including using cables between ports, but I'm seeking a cleaner solution.
