Hello there!
This is a new hardware that our company just bought. It happened after updating its firmware to routeros-mipsbe-6.43.8.npk.
As of the moment the following are noted:
a. The PWR blue light is ON
b. The USR yellow light is ON
c. The SFP1 yellow light is ON
d. The LED display is OFF
I tried all the manual reset procedures but nothing changes.
Anticipating your help.

Please try to follow these steps to load the backup bootloader:
1) Power your device off;
2) Press and hold reset button;
3) Power device on;
4) Hold reset button pressed for 1-2 seconds and then release;
5) If device boots up, then run command "/system routerboard upgrade".
If previously mentioned steps do not help, then use Netinstall for installation.
