Hello, my 951-2n after a manual reboot via winbox, stopped working. When powered on, all leds flashes one time, PWR stays on, connected lan ports blinking like normal, but after 5 seconds, ACT led comes on for 3 seconds and all ethernet leds turned off like reboot. Same situation with NetInstall. With pressed RES button, ACT blinking, then off but after 5 seconds, ACT comes on for 3 seconds and reboot again. On my computer, every 5 seconds LAN says "network cable unplugged" in all Mikrotik ports. I believe that is power problem and i tested with a lab power supply, but nothing happens. Same situation. With 12Volts, working with ~150mA and after 5 seconds, current dropped to 90mA and again to ~150mA like reboot.

I cant find a solution. Any suggestion? Maybe a problem with capacitors? All capasitors are smd. Where can find a bord schematic?
