I have several CAPac and manage by capsman, what happen if on capsman configuration i not set the tx power?
Will the CAP run in full power?

Yes.

Where full power is calculated by regulations and antenne gain.

Is capsman have feature to adjust the power automatically like other wireless controller?

As far as I know it is fixed (either from not setting or setting a value).
