I use qrt5 radio for multipoint communication.
Recently, every few days, my connection to the internet is interrupted, and when I enter the radio, pppoe status shows a termination error, and after a while, usually 5 to 10 minutes, the internet comes back again.
In this situation, the address and gateway are empty. Of course, the wireless status is connected.
The ISP says that it's because the radio hangs, but I can easily connect to the radio and have no problems.
What are the symptoms of a radio hang?
I enter the radio easily with winbox and I don't see any problem, but the isp emphasis is the problem of the radio.
