I believe he means "discard from memory". It is not possible, input-nlri and others are used to discard fast, regexps are not fast so are not available as a method to discard bgp update messages directly.
You can only reject with filters.

Re: Support RFC3021 /31 Point to Point on any ROS version ?

You do not need /30

/32 works with /31 on the remote side.
It may not work if your mentioned firewall is not set up properly and blocks the traffic or incorrectly set up a routing table that does not allow route traffic through the router.

BGP is advertising only active best route and does not accept advertisements if best route is receiving router. So in triangle setups like illustrated above you will never get a full copy of all the BGP feeds on all the iBGP routers.

Not sure why you think that link to the backbone and originate-default should relate to STUB area.
When you set ABR for the stub area, you are setting the exit point out of the stub area which means that ABR should inject default route (and summaries if configured to do so) into the stub.

BGP attributes must be set in the routing filters. Setting BGP attributes for non-BGP routes did not make much sense. It was only good for testing, aka an easy and fast method to generate fake BGP routes.

ROSv6 had hacks to guess what ipv6 nexthop to set automatically. Probably something like:

where [min-max] is the range of ASNs you want to match.

Also, you can still use old string matching with the "bgp-as-path-slow-legacy" parameter.

It's not like you have thousands of VPN tunnels that you need static routes for so typing a name for few routes should not be a problem, or write a script that does that for you automatically when VPN connects. By not allowing to pick interfaces it prevents from making a lot of bad configs.

It is a perfectly valid setup when an interface (including tunnel interfaces) is a part of the VRF, but the tunnel session is in the main table.

Not sure what you mean by "GRE tunnels accept the @vrf", if you mean to establish GRE session on the VRF then currently it is not supported.

Re: Testing v7, no need for ipv6

As for UDPLite... You could handle this by just adding a drop rule to iptables input firewall ruleset [5]
But you can already do that, just add appropriate rules to whatever you want to drop
/ip/firewall/filter> add protocol=udp-lite action=drop

Re: Testing v7, no need for ipv6

You can still disable irc, pptp and other modules that you were able to disable in ROSv6.

About udplite, sctp, dccp see my previous posts.

Re: BGP Community based filtering not working

There are no reported or known problems that these commands do not work in ROSv7.

Re: BGP Community based filtering not working

Routing filters do not work on already installed routes, they work on BGP input, which means that you have to request route refresh after you change the in filter rules. See "refresh", "resend" commands.

Re: Testing v7, no need for ipv6

Yes FTP can be disabled. But dccp, sctp and udplite cannot.
Those helpers are not separate modules that can be unloaded like the rest. They are built into connection tracking, so they can be inactive only when connection tracking itself is disabled.
