Any plans of Mikrotik releasing VDSL modem/routers ? More so in the $150-250 price point range? It's basically all we encounter in Aus besides city areas

Re: IPSEC Forwarding

Forward ports udp500 and 4500 On drayteks, find a checkbox that enables NAT-traversal. This make sure udp4500 is used instead of ESP I had already done this and it wasn't working but it actually turns out it was the Draytek. The VPN type was set on aggressive mode rather than main mode and it didn'...

Re: IPSEC Forwarding

What? But what else is required in order for IPSEC to establish a tunnel between these two drayteks when my mikrotik is feeding one of them internet? Two drayteks are establishing a VPN, yes? So one of them is behind my mikrotik and the other isn't, yes? So the one behind my mikrotik is configured ...

IPSEC Forwarding

Hey All, Reaching out for some help with a Mikrotik that is the main internet facing gateway that has another router behind it (which is a draytek) that is trying to accept and establish an IPSEC VPN tunnel to another remote draytek. I have a dstnat to dstnat rule in place to the Drayteks WAN IP (wh...

Re: PPPoE WAN to LAN

Thinking of it now, I think the only way to really do it is to bridge eth1 and eth3 together and have the router in eth3 do its own PPPoE session that is tied to this second IP rather than combine the two IPs together into the same PPPoE session Would this sound more like it? Your ISP is only expec...

Re: PPPoE WAN to LAN

Hello, I'm not sure if I understood it 100% but in general you can do this through the firewall settings. If you simply enter the rule as Des. Address the desired ip of your ISP. but probably it would be easier to use a 2nd router. Let this one do a second dial-in if possible or bridge the pppoe po...

PPPoE WAN to LAN

Hey guys, Have a bit of a complex scenario here I am trying to figure out. Here is the scenario: PPPoE service with 2 IP addresses/aliases attached it. 103.xx.x.90 103.xx.x.91 Before getting into the technicals, I have tested that both IP addresses are useable for internet access - they are working ...
