Query Regarding PCQ Queuing with PPPoE

Hello Everyone,
I'm Struggling to solve this issue regarding PCQ Queue with PPPOE.
I'm Using PPPoE and hotspot with Radius as a AAA server.
and i want to assign pcq download queue and pcq uploaded Queue to all users who are
connected through PPPoE and hotspot.
I tried to assign through pppoe profile but either uploaded pcq or download can be assigned.
other than that with pcq queuing assigned I want to prioritise Zoom, and voice traffic.
Please help me to solve this issue, I tried to solve using different documentation but unable to solve it.
